Returns, Refunds and Exchange
We gladly provide a full refund in case your item was defected or damaged during shipping, or if you didn’t receive your item within 60 days from the shipment date. Unfortunately we cannot provide any returns or exchanges at this time.
– If you receive a damaged item please kindly make detail photos and contact us at [email protected] to agree on the exchange for the same item or full refund. Please make sure the item is shipped with all original packing materials and accessories and do not send the damaged item back to supplier.
– If the package has not been confirmed delivered through tracking after 60 days from the shipment date, a full refund will be processed. Please kindly contact us at [email protected] in these cases.
